Our four most-requested bachelorette games: the ones that get the bride red-faced, the girls screaming and the camera roll full.
Before the party, text the groom ten questions. The bride guesses his answers out loud. Every miss is a sip, every right answer earns her a dare to hand out.
Blindfold the bride, spin her three times and send her in with the bowtie. Your butler is the live target. Closest pin wins; everyone else gets the photos.
Ten fingers up. Take turns with “never have I ever” prompts about the bride. Fingers go down, stories come out, and her mum is not invited.
Cards of things that will happen tonight: the bride cries at a toast, someone loses a shoe, a stranger yells “congrats”. First full line wins the crown.
Round two is better and everybody knows it. These games turn the paperwork into a party and let her leave the old chapter behind, loudly.
Go round the room. Each guest toasts one thing she’s now free to do. Best toast picks the next drink, and the song.
Everyone writes down something she’s leaving behind, from the ex’s playlist to his terrible couch, and drops it in a fire bowl, safely and outdoors.
Everyone names one thing about the ex that’s going in the pool. Then she goes in with it, carried by the butler, to mark the fresh start.
Everyone shares the worst excuse they’ve ever heard from an ex. No names needed. The group rates each one out of ten.
Grown-up birthday games for the 21st, the dirty thirty and the fabulous forty, all about the birthday girl and how far she’s come.
Trivia about the birthday girl, one round per decade. Teams compete, and she plays judge and settles every dispute.
Read a prompt and everyone points. Whoever gets the most fingers drinks or tells the story behind it.
One lift for every decade of her life. The group counts out loud and the camera rolls.
Shuffle songs from the year she turned sixteen. First to name the track sets a dare for the room.
Sweet, silly and suitable for grandma. Our Classy Butlers keep the drinks, mocktails included, and the games moving.
Everyone cuts a length of string they think matches the bump. Closest wins a prize, furthest off pours the next round.
Play nursery rhymes as slowed-down pop songs. First to name the tune wins the round.
The butler mixes mocktails and guests name each one after a baby name. Mum-to-be crowns the winner.
Everyone sends a baby photo beforehand. Guests match each photo to the guest.
Sun, splashes and very competitive women. Best played with a butler on the deck and a cold drink waiting for every winner.
Two teams, one lap each on an inflatable. Fall off and you start again. Chaotic, fast, excellent footage.
Pairs on shoulders, last one standing wins. Dignity optional.
Classic rules, but every tag is a sip. The pool empties faster than you think.
Everyone jumps, everyone scores every jump out of ten. Biggest splash wins.
A little note before you go
Put the clipboard down. Yes, you. We know you’ve already colour-coded the games, laminated the bingo cards and made a backup playlist for your backup playlist.
Be honest… are you a little OCD? Cute. Totally fine. But it’s YOUR party, and the bride should not be the one refereeing Pin the Bowtie while topping up everyone’s prosecco.
So hand it over. We’ll send a guy who runs every game on this page, keeps your glass full and makes sure the only thing you’re organising tonight is your good side for the photos.
Don’t be so OCD. Okay, be a little OCD. Just let him do the counting.
