By using this website or booking with The Cheeky Butlers, you accept these terms in full, without modification. If you do not accept them, please do not book.
The Cheeky Butlers provides male entertainment services for special events — butlers, dancers, cabana boys, cowboys and event staff who come to your private venue.
Our entertainers are independent contractors engaged by The Cheeky Butlers. They are not employees, and they retain the right to decline any request made of them.
You must be at least 21 years old to make a booking. Nobody under 18 may attend an event where our entertainers are working, whether or not alcohol is present.
If anyone under 18 is present when our entertainer arrives, he may leave immediately and no refund is given.
Our entertainers may ask for photo ID from anyone who appears to be under 21 before serving alcohol, and may decline to serve alcohol to anyone who cannot produce it.
Children under 13 may not use this website without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Agree the boundaries with your entertainer before the event starts. He will tell you what he is and is not willing to do. Nothing on this website, in our marketing or in any conversation should be read as a promise that a particular entertainer will do a particular thing.
Your entertainer may end a booking at any time, and leave, if a guest's behaviour is damaging, distressing, dangerous, harassing or sexually coercive, or if he is touched without his permission. Where a booking ends for conduct, no refund is given and you remain liable for the full amount.
You are responsible for the conduct of every person you invite.
You confirm that you have the right to host your event at the address you give us, and that doing so does not breach any rental agreement, hotel policy, building rule or local ordinance. Any consequence of hosting somewhere you were not permitted to is yours, not ours.
Because a booking made inside 7 days leaves no time to rebook, it is final from the moment it is paid.
The one exception is a natural disaster that prevents the event going ahead. In that case we refund you even inside the 7 days.
You can change the details of your booking — address, timing, contact, what you have planned — at no charge, and we ask for at least 7 days' notice so your entertainer can be told. Changing details is free. Reducing the number of entertainers or the number of hours is not, and does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
If we cancel, or we cannot staff your booking, you get a full refund.
We try to book an entertainer local to you, and anywhere within about an hour of the metro is included at the standard price.
Where he has to travel more than an hour — most often around New York and New Jersey, or on last-minute bookings — a travel fee is added. It is always quoted and agreed before you pay, never added afterwards, and it is paid to your entertainer on the day.
We do not charge extra for weekends or holidays. Your price changes only with the number of entertainers and the number of hours you book.
We usually share your entertainer's phone number with you shortly before the event so you can confirm the final details directly. Those details are given to you for that booking only. You may not pass them on, publish them, add them to any list, or contact him for any purpose other than your event.
You keep ownership of anything you or your guests film or photograph at your event. We claim no rights over it.
Filming or photographing an entertainer requires his agreement on the day. He may decline, and he may ask that particular material not be shared. Material of our entertainers may not be published, sold or used commercially without our written permission.
You may not reproduce our uniforms, aprons or branding, or present yourself as working for or with The Cheeky Butlers.
Alcohol at your event is yours to supply, manage and take responsibility for. You are solely responsible for any underage drinking that occurs.
Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited at any booking. Your entertainer may refuse service or leave if illegal drugs are present, and no refund is given.
You are liable for any damage caused during your event, including damage caused by your guests and damage to a third party's property or venue. Where a venue requires a damage deposit, that deposit is yours to pay and yours to reclaim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except where caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, we are not liable for personal injury or death at your event, noise or nuisance complaints, unruly behaviour by your guests, the management or consumption of alcohol, the acts or omissions of anyone attending your event, or the acts or omissions of any third-party supplier you engage separately.
This website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify The Cheeky Butlers, BDM Promotions, our officers, agents and entertainers against any loss, cost or legal fee arising from your breach of these terms or from the conduct of you or your guests.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except where caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you use this site, email us or text us, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree that these communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
All content on this site belongs to The Cheeky Butlers or its licensors. You may not modify, resell, republish or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.
You may not use this site in any way that damages, disables or overburdens it, or attempt to obtain information from it by any means we have not deliberately made available.
This site links to sites we do not control. We take no responsibility for their content or services. If you connect a third-party account to us, your information is shared according to that third party's own privacy settings.
This service is controlled and operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your own local laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The courts of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and The Cheeky Butlers. If any part of them is found unenforceable, that part is replaced by the closest enforceable provision and the rest continues to apply. No partnership, employment or agency relationship is created between you and us by booking.
We may restrict or terminate access to this site at our sole discretion. We may also change these terms at any time; the most current version replaces all previous ones, so please review this page periodically.
