Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings: 

• To book our services, a deposit must be made prior to securing a date or butler for your event. The remaining payment will be given to the party butlers after the party is finished. 

• The Cheeky Butlers® reserves the right to cancel any booking if we cannot contact you and arrange payment.

Cancelations & Date/Time Change: 

• The Cheeky Butlers® cannot offer refunds within 7 days of the event date as some weeks we are fully booked and turn other clients away.

• Time changes are acceptable, but only in the event they are made 7 days in advance, as our butlers may not have availability.

• Date changes also apply and are subject to our butlers’ availability.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are acceptable provided the cancellation or booking change request is 7 days before the day of the event. 

• The Cheeky Butlers® can offer refunds within the 7 day period in the event of a natural disaster or occurrence that is neither to the fault of the client or us.
